Archidistric - Product Warranty Policy

ArchiDistrict Product Warranty Policy

1. Introduction

This Product Warranty Policy ("Policy") applies to all products ("Products") available on the ArchiDistrict platform ("Platform"). By purchasing a Product through the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

2. Warranty Provider

Warranties for Products purchased on the ArchiDistrict Platform are provided directly by the suppliers of those Products ("Suppliers"), not by ArchiDistrict. The specific terms and duration of warranties, if any, depend on the policies of the respective Suppliers.

3. Supplier's Responsibilities

Each Supplier is solely responsible for any warranties they provide for their Products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Determining the terms and conditions of the warranty, including its duration, what it covers, and any exclusions or limitations.
  • Providing warranty information to customers at the time of purchase.
  • Fulfilling their obligations under the warranty, such as repairing or replacing defective Products, refunding the purchase price, or providing other remedies.

4. ArchiDistrict's Role

ArchiDistrict facilitates the sale of Products between Suppliers and customers, but it does not provide warranties for those Products. While ArchiDistrict strives to work with reputable Suppliers, it does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any Products or the performance of any Supplier, including their compliance with their warranty obligations.

5. Warranty Claims

If you have a problem with a Product that is covered by a warranty, you should contact the Supplier directly to make a warranty claim. The Supplier is responsible for handling your claim and providing any remedies under the warranty.

6. Questions and Disputes

If you have any questions about a Product warranty, you should contact the Supplier. If you have a dispute with a Supplier over a warranty claim, you should try to resolve it with the Supplier. If you cannot resolve the dispute, you can contact ArchiDistrict for assistance, but ArchiDistrict is not responsible for resolving warranty disputes between customers and Suppliers.

7. Updates to this Policy

ArchiDistrict reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Thank you for shopping with ArchiDistrict and understanding our Product Warranty Policy.
